1. Ownership of Content
At OfftoGlow, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.
User Content
You retain all ownership rights to the photos, videos, music, and descriptions you upload. By posting content, you confirm that you own the rights to that material or have obtained the necessary licenses.
AI-Generated Content
The use of AI-generated media is permitted on the platform. However, users must clearly label any content created or significantly altered by AI. Failure to disclose AI involvement may lead to content removal.
2. License to OfftoGlow
When you upload content, you grant OfftoGlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content strictly for the purpose of operating and promoting your profile and the Platform. We do not sell your content to third parties.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy (3-Strikes)
OfftoGlow maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringement. If we receive three (3) substantiated claims of copyright infringement against a single account, that account will be permanently terminated. We reserve the right to remove any content or disable accounts at our discretion to protect the rights of creators.
