1. Introduction
Welcome to OfftoGlow Ltd. ("Platform"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our ecosystem, including booking services, gated content (Backstage), digital/physical commerce (Shop), and event ticketing. By using our Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
OfftoGlow acts solely as an intermediary infrastructure provider. We facilitate: Marketplace for Talent & Booker connections; Backstage exclusive content tools; Shop management for merchandise; and Ticketing for event promotion. OfftoGlow is not a party to the direct agreements formed between users.
3. Payments, Fees & Taxes
Payments are handled via secure third-party providers (Stripe). We charge a service fee or commission on bookings, subscriptions, sales, and tickets. Users are solely responsible for compliance with local tax laws, including VAT or sales tax where applicable.
4. Backstage (Gated Content)
Subscribing to a Talent’s "Backstage" provides a limited, non-exclusive license to view content. Users are strictly prohibited from downloading, recording, or redistributing Backstage content. Violation will result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Shop & Merchandise
Talents operating a "Shop" are responsible for their own inventory, shipping, and quality control. For physical goods, sellers must comply with legal return policies. Digital goods are generally non-refundable once access is granted.
6. Events & Ticketing
Tickets are digital and issued on behalf of the event organizer. In the event of cancellation, the organizer (Booker or Talent) is responsible for refunds. OfftoGlow's processing fees are non-refundable.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any legal disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Questions?
